Education

Learning is easy Lakeside

Education is a priority at Lakeside and we believe it’s important that our young residents are exposed to high-quality, innovative educational facilities within the community.

Lakeside Pakenham is already located within an easy distance of existing public and private primary and secondary schools, plus we have our own school. Lakeside Lutheran College for primary and secondary students is currently taking enrolments for Prep to Year 8. As each year level progresses from Year 7 through to Year 12, intake will extended up to a total of 1,000 students by 2011.

Already open is the ABC Learning Centre. The new $1.68 million Lakeside Children’s Centre opened its doors in January 2007, incorporating the ABC Learning Centre.

Located on Olympic Way beside Cardinia LiFE, the Centre offers a double unit kindergarten. A complete range of maternal and child health services is available at the Centre, which also offers professional services from its specialist suites.

The $7.85 million school, was built on Shearwater Drive at Lakeside Pakenham and opened to students at the beginning of the 2009 school year.
