A new medical centre and a dental surgery will be amongst the extra facilities to be included in the next stage of development planned for Village Lakeside.
The $4 million expansion will cover 2,300m2 of fully air-conditioned floor space and provide ample parking on-site. The project is scheduled for completion by the middle of
2009.
The new precinct will also feature an Indian restaurant, a bedding and furniture store, specialist retail shops and financial services, giving Lakeside residents access to an even wider range of shopping and amenities and complementing the existing offering at Village Lakeside.
